These are the answers to our most frequently asked questions.

How much does your service cost?

Always high on the list! Our weekend pricing for wedding transport starts from £295, for Camper Photo Booth £495 and for a combined service £695. Your price really depends on the details of your day so please submit an enquiry through our 'Contact Us' tab

​How do I book? 

Booking with us couldn't be easier! If you're happy with our quote just let us know and we'll send you over a copy of our booking form and T&Cs which we just need completed and signed respectively. We also need to take a deposit of £200 to secure your date which will be deducted from your balance of payment which is due 6 weeks before your big day.

How far do you travel?

Our standard travel radius is 50 miles from our base in Hinckley, Leicestershire however we do make exceptions so if your venue is a little further away just ask us, we'll see what we can do for you. 

How many passengers can travel in your Campervans? 
a can seat 5 passengers and Dusty can seat 6. Got a larger bridal party? Why not enquire about booking both our girls together?

How long will we have the campervans for? 
For the wedding transport aspect of our service we would usually expect to  be needed for 3-4 hours however unlike many companies we do not place a time-frame on  our service. We are more than happy to wait through the ceremony for photographs and we will never make you feel rushed.

Our Camper Photo Booth package is based on a 3 hour service up to a latest finishing time of 10pm and we would expect to be with you an hour and a half before start of service to allow time to set up.

Can I see the campervan(s) before I book?

Yes absolutely. If you are happy with our quote but want to view the campervan before confirming your booking that's no problem. We are frequently attending open days and wedding fairs and this is usually the best place to see us particularly if you are interested in our Camper Photo Booth service as the booth is always running. If we don't have an upcoming event that suits you we are happy for you to visit us at our base in Hinckley, we are available most Sundays by appointment.

Are your campervans available for self drive?

​Our campervans are available on a chauffeur driven basis only as we are not insured for self drive so sit back, relax and enjoy the day!

Are you available for other events?

Yes! Our Camper Photo Booth service is perfect for parties and corporate events and we're more than happy to quote for these, please just get in touch. 

Unfortunately we are not able to offer transport for Proms as this requires private hire licensing.

What is the best time for the Camper Photo Booth to run?

Ultimately the timing of the Camper Photo Booth service is up to you but we generally find the best time to start is directly after you wedding breakfast and speeches end which is most usually around 6pm

About Vintage Inspired

The core Vintage Inspired team consists of Steph & Drew, long time admirers of vintage VWs who finally took the plunge and bought one of our own, our lovely Dita, just a year before our own wedding.

We bought our first campervan Dita, who was not at her best when we met her, with romantic notion of renovating her to take a starring role on our special day ... we had no idea how much work that would involve!

A brand new engine and bespoke upholstered interior were supplied by experts but this left a myriad of jobs to complete before she was ready for her debut. There were times when we thought we weren't going to get there but after more long days and late nights than either of us care to remember Drew and Dita eventually made it home at 5am the morning before our wedding. All this was forgotten the next day though when Dita made it to the church, or as it was in our case the beach, on time and in perfect vintage style. It just wouldn't have been the same without her

​One VW campervan is never enough! So lovely Dusty has now joined our fleet. Her renovation was completed May 2017 and her diary is already looking pretty full so keep your eyes peeled for pictures from her upcoming weddings
